The monastery holds a large assembly of people. A lot of sick people are coming (or are being taken) and through faith and prayer are healing above his remains. Almighty God left us great wealth, an immense treasure, an invaluable gift, the sacred relics of the strong and tireless Saint, the miraculous relics that heal life, the honest relics of the miraculous doctor Saint Naum Ohridski.
The enormuos significance of Naum’s miracles with the bear can be confirmed in a museum exhibit laid in one of the dormitories of the monastery of St. Naum, which kept the skin of a large complement bear. More legends of Saint Naum are related to its power to treat wounds and various illnesses. Naum’s church was like KlIment's Monastery - St. Panteleimon in the form of three- leaf clover. From the church, after World War Two, during the archaeological excavations only the foundations parts of the walls were discovered. It is not known when was the church ruined, but presumably it was done before the arrival of the Turks. During the Ottoman period (presumably that is XVI century) on the foundations of the old church was build the present church, and it was build in two stages. The current form is in the form of an inscribed cross in a square space with a dome, which is set on four pillars. Above the narthex a simular dome with a high tambour is added. The tomb of St. Naum is located on the south side in a separate section. In the church are not preserved the oldest frescoes from the time of Saint Naum, nor archaeological studies have confirmed that there existed painting at the beginning of X century. According to the inscriptions that can be found in the church, the painting is done at the time of Father Stephen in 1806. It was done by the painter Trpo, the son of the artist Constantine from Korca- Albania.
